System Solutions
Description
When we provide a system solution, we take the coolant from the machining center or an existing circular pipe network and route it to the DFF filtration unit. We clean the coolant, cool it and return it to production. The system consists of the following:
- Transfer pump station
- Filtration units
- Coolant filtrate reservoir
- Coolant filtrate pump station
- Cooling
- Pre-separation
- Ductwork
- Control system
The filtration units can be tailored to minimize the footprint, so that they fit into the existing production environment.
